Layers on Zbrush were used to do the smiling or serious pose.
Curve brushes to do the hair are key to a nice polygrouping, unwrapping and painting. In this case I extruded certain loops to reach the volume effect.
This pinup girl is inspired by the characters and proportions observed at George Petty's pinup girls.
Clothes are a remix of 1950 fashion.
